Sky+ Help

    Today my Sky+ box has started sticking on certain channels, pausing for a few seconds or more before continuing (without me pressing the pause button). Does this sound familiar to anyone and does anyone know what the issue is?

    I'd have thought it was something to do with the box and live pause issue, but wouldn't that affect evey channel?

    Also, although box is only 5 month old and will still be under warranty would I be facing a call out charge for someone to look, or is that included in the warranty?

    Ring Sky and get through to technical help, whichever number it eventually is on the automated answer. Mine went similar - rang them and a guy talked me through what was happening and eventually remedied it. If it's an ongoing problem they'll send an engineer out. Ours was under the warranty thing, so it didn't cost us. If the box is knackered, they'll replace it. Be careful though - I had the semi final and Millenium Stadium game on keep and they took the box.
