"no Satellite signal is being received" any ideas? Tried turning the box off and back on, removing the viewing card...
First try: Take power lead out and leave it off for 30 secs before putting it back in. If not fixed, look at Services, 4, 6 for signal test. What do you get? Should be Network ID 0002 and Transport Stream 07d4.

RE: Is Sky working now, then? If the signal quality is fine (over 50%) and the lock indicator is on then you're getting the signal OK (and you're receiving the other channels OK). Could actually be a problem with SS1/3? Don't have subscription services myself so sorry I can't help further.
Sky Sports channels ok for me Do you have any other channels out.....I had an issue with my old box where I'd lost about half the channels - turns out it was the polarity switcher - some channels are on vertical and some on horizontal....it wasn't switching between the 2.
