All morning have shown Premier League highlights. Now there's a dedicated programme to the Premier League for an hour on the same channel repeating everything they've gone on about all morning.

How **** is Sky getting now really?

To be fair to them they showed all of the Football league highlights at least 10 times last night, but yes in general Sky are appaling with 90% of their programming

What do you expect? It's the best league in the world, apparently.

After paying so much for the rights to show them they now feel that to get any kind of value they simply have to replay them over and over.

Sky is brilliant for some things but for sport and football specifically they are absolutely awful and in my opinion are not listening to what people actually want to see but instead are listening to people like hemsworth tyke who are only repeating what sky themselves tell them they want.

Sky: you want to see Manchester united again and a fancy sky pad
Sheep viewer: good point I want to see Manchester united again and the sky pad
Sky: oh look the viewer wants to see Manchester united again and the sky pad.

I wish Sky were half as good at football as they are at cricket coverage.

I must have missed those lol I've seen three hours worth at different times since last night and haven't seen any of the Barnsley goals but seen the Villa goals (a team below in the league and have been most of the season) after every other interval.

As bad as the BBC; Premier League only on MOTD. I know that the EFL is on Channel 5 but the BBC should be for ALL the people of this country.

They show all the goals. They show all the goals first and put them on the website.

They have a show for the Championship.

They show the English second division more than i'd imagine any network in the other countries. I would how much German Spanish Portuguese french Italian polish russian second tiers shown. They have shown or will show the champ 15 times this month

They do but I bet most of those games are the same old teams that they have told you you want to see.

You like all football right? Genuine question, would you be just as happy watching Burton as you would be watching Leeds united? As a neutral I mean.

You'd love German Sky sports, Hemsy. Every Saturday they have a show called Bundesliga Konferenz, where they switch between all the games live, so you see all the goals as they happen, with full commentary.

I would but the figures don't SuperTyke and Sky will have to think about the advertisers.

Sky Sports News exists essentially to advertise the sports that they show on their sports package (given that everyone gets SSN as standard), the Premier League is their biggest cash cow so they milk it to death.

Before Sky had the F1 rights it got next to zero coverage, just a token look at the race results, no actual F1 news as such. Now on a race weekend there is about 15 minutes of every hour dedicated to it since they now have exclusive rights to half of the races.

The Premier League bores me to death now, I couldn't even tell you who was at the top of the league.
