Sky tuning help please

    years ago someone posted details of how you could tune your sky in yo receive Yorkshire tv, we are outside their area, i kept it for ages haVINg tuned our old system for Yorkshire, 2 months ago i chucked out the info and last month got sky plus, now cant remember the YTV frequency etc, any help gratefully received,
