Everton are on Sky on the 29th at 5.30pm so I think that rules our tie out. Basterds.

I go away on the Wednesday so praying we get a Tuesday fixture!

If not though surely Sky will fancy it they're John Stones mad at the minute.

And our game is featured as "breaking news" on the BBC football site so obviously it is seen as the most interesting of the cup draws.

Everton are on Sky on the 23rd and 29th. No way will they be on midweek too. If it was Leeds, fair enough. :D

This game has all the makings of a cup upset. TV likes cup upsets.

Hope you're right. It's horrible how often over the years an expected decent crowd has been affected by being on TV. Hope it's left alone so more turn up for a better atmosphere.

Me too. Nice little earner, and Everton will sell out the away end regardless and I'm sure we'll still see plenty of reds there.

depends on the ££ i suppose. personally would always rather see more people in the ground than in front of the telly. but if the £ is more than we'd get in ticket sales, then fair enough i guess..

It should be on TV but at the same time it'd be nice to see 15k plus there which I think it's definitely capable of especially if TV's not an option.

Outside of the teams in European competition & Leeds who've been knocked out already I'd imagine Everton along with Newcastle are the best supported in the competition so there's another reason to put them on

They always opt for games were the 'little' club are at home. I reckon we'll be on.

I was just looking at the draw and reckon we're nailed on to be on TV. Can't imagine that Everton being on twice more in the same week will put them off. They're the biggest team in the second round draw. And if Everton are playing the Sunday we'll be on the Wednesday. With Rotherham and Sheff Weds at home too they'd be looking to put one of the three games back to the Wednesday anyway.

Just wonder what team Everton will put out. I would imagine Stones would be itching to play...unless he signs for Man United in the meantime of course!
