Is anyone else getting no satellite signal! The Sky upstairs in my bedroom is working fine, but the Sky+ downstairs isnt!

Just rang them up but due to them being busy cannot answer my call. http://www.barnsleyfc.org.uk/bbs/images/emoticons/******.gif

    Fine mate

If you've only lost the one downstairs then it sounds like a problem with the box, I presume you've checked the connections.
Could be the hard drive that's knackered - try asking on here and seeing if anyone can help.

    just had the same problem

Sky+ not getting a signal but the other box working fine.

I rang 0800 0512595 and they sorted it, the problem was presumably at their end or was something that they could send to the box electronically to sort it.

    Ours does that

Usually unplugging it for 10 seconds and letting it reset sorts it out.

Check the cables at the back

Ours gets moved sometimes and it loosens the cable from satellite dish - give it a push and try it again
