I give SD another 6 games in charge in the Championship and if no great improvment he will be gone in my view. On saying that if it does happen his replacment would be Who???? And would it be a step backwards to bring in someone with no understanding of the players in the squad and the team SD trying to build.? While Yes i would say a new manager would bring fear into the team and the team could step up a gear to impress that would only be a short term thing and a new brush dosn't always sweep clean... Better the Devil you know i say..... Oh and on our budget....Better off a sailing ship than a sunken one
Consider yourself slated mate Thats your opinion but I cannot for the life of me agree with you. It is definitely not better the devil you know, if that devil is as bad as Simon Davey is . We have got rid of plenty of managers in the past, because they were rubbish, it was not wrong to get rid of them , only to hire them in the first place. You cannot keep faith in something that is so clearly not working. As a manager simon Davey has shown himself to be sorely lacking in the tactical nous that is required and the ability to bring out the best in what is a decent set of players. he seems to have a knack of bringing in some good players, but when you think he has signed over 50 during his time at the club and we have a wafer thin squad, then his sucess rate is pretty poor. In my opinion of course.
Give over My attemp to eat this chinky (can i say that) with chop sticks is better than Davey management skills
