The sleep train doesn't pull into my station any more. I'm working on a theory that you don't need sleep, that sleep is in fact a virus which is the biggest killer on the planet. The average person loses one third of their life to this disease called sleep, that's 30 years to a 90yr old gimmer who gets his recommended 8 hours. But not me, I get full value out of my 24hr day. I have to concede I look like a crack addict but that part of my theory (that you have to train yourself out of sleep to become efficient) is under development.

No idea. Definitely not at work, though. Honest.

    what about mine

Every time i go away on holiday, on my return for practically every night lasting 1 - 2 weeks i wake up thinking im locked in my hotel room (or overstayed and the new people are in) and dont know how to get out! Its quite scary at the time half asleep and my heart starts pounding and sometimes i even get up and start grabbing all my stuff from around the room ready to do one!

    Whats that all about!??????
    :S

Its proper annoying and stops me getting a good nights kip!

Ive been back from Ibiza a wwek now and its happened pretty much every night!
