Slightly different Virus technique

    Got the below today

    A quick google confirms that if you follow the link you go to a website that tries to force a worm onto your PC

    There are many variants - cat lovers society web cookery etc but a good idea to not click on any links in an email of this type if you werent expecting it

    take care you dont fall for it

    Get about 10 of these per day difficult to see how anyone can fall for it.

    Surely you would know if you had really registered for a ringtone site, dating agency or whatever.

    someone may have registered on your behalf with your email I can see why someone would go and check

    - I'm still jumpy after falling for the MSN one a couple of weeks back

    It's good to get it on here anyway you can't be too careful these days.

    My Dad (he's 82) has had loads of viruses etc he just clicks on everything without reading it properly.
