Its not built yet So I wouldnt take too much notice of figures given by P R A better example is the Milennium stadium which is not much smaller than the new Wembley and was a fraction of the cost

Got a few sacked at the company that buit it. WRU got a fixed price to build it , when it actually cost twice as much by all accounts.
Wouldnt surprise me No I fully get your point £1 billion for a stadium is absolutely incredible. I just wouldnt use the financial predictions for publicity pete to support the argument though. His track record on the financial side isnt exactly perfect
