I know that a lot of season ticket holders still don't trust the add to card option or print at home. I was one of you early on. However, it is obvious this week that literally thousands of you are taking the option to collect from Oakwell after buying on the internet. If, you are one of these, please try to collect your ticket before Saturday. On Saturday collect early, in the morning if possible. If you have no option but to collect as you come to the game, please expect long queues and time accordingly. No one wants to miss the start of the game. The Box office have worked wonders this week and can only serve one at a time. YOU CAN COLLECT YOUR TICKETS FROM THE REDS SUPERSTORE YOU DO NOT NEED TO GO TO BOX OFFICE. I want to see 20,000 in Oakwell not in the car park on Saturday !!!! Please try the add to card or print at home. UP THE REDS
When I bought mine, their was no add to card option so I had to print at home. After I had done that I received my email confirmation that told me it would be added to my card. Is this correct or do I have to take my ticket?
There's a great long queue every week outside the box office. Can't understand why people, knowing they need a ticket for the match, don't get there a bit earlier. I would hate to miss the first quarter of an hour of a game. This is the beauty of having a season ticket. I can walk up to my ESL turnstile at five to three and get straight in (usually).
Given the **** about I had with my wigan tickets ill not be paying for them posted again. Mine turned up yesterday.
Tosh My understanding is that if you have managed to print at home it HAS NOT been added to your card.
The club need to get online ticketing right, if they want everyone to use it. Might be worth feeding that back to the club as well Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
You should be able to add to card at anytime absolutely crazy that's what there for instead of pissing about with tickets it would save them a lot less work as well.
Add to season pass wasn't an option when I went onto the site, on Monday, so just printed a ticket. It's a minor inconvenience but the system needs to work every time. Surely by this stage of the season it ought to be working seamlessly
I'm struggling on one Point because I can't get old of anyone at the club. It's too busy. I've got my 4 seats. All added to the card. The problem being I had to do this to reserve my seats. Now one of my lads isn't going. I'm taking my niece. She is 13. I have no problem paying the extra 5er. But I need to swap this from the card to somehow pay another fiver and get the ticket. It's looking like Saturday is my only option unless I can get old of someone to do this over the phone/remove said ticket from card and then email me one. I'm being honest as I'd rather not take the piss and have a 13 yo get in on my son's ticket. What's chances I can get to speak to someone over next day or 2 who isn't from ticket master Ta
my original one still hasnt turned up, however the nice lady in the box office arranged for me to pick it up at theirs.. easy
