    So, basically Robins has ****** the lad over?

    Don't agree with that, he signed him till January so he shouldn't just have got rid when players returned - Hassell for instance. Hope he gives Thompson a chance to redeem himself now Filekovic has left.

    Davey signed him, Robins obviously thinks he's cack, send him back.

    If this is the start of the clear out of some of Davey's filth then all well and good.

    Mutual consent normally means he has found himself another club.

    He'll probably sign somewhere else next week on a longer term deal. Obviously Robins wasn't too impressed though.

    Robins said he was recommended to him by a Simon ?? (forget the surname), maybe that's why they mixed him up with Simon Davey?

    Robins said some would be going out on loan etc, obviously did'nt fancy the guy he's got him off the wage bill to make room for more in comings in Jan window have a feeling a few of the more recognised players that arn't currently getting a run will be shown the exit door aswell.

    Robins said at the 'Evening with' doo thing, that Filkovic's trial was all arranged by Davey for the international break week and that he was impressed with what he saw and thought he was worth a deal because he was a free agent and so would not take up a 'loan' place in the squad. Same reason as Julian Gray. Dont think we will see him given a long deal - just a case of a player with experience and no club. Win win situation.
