As soon as we pick the tempo up, we usually look a better team.

All about passing with purpose and movement off the ball. Noticeable when we concede early, we have normally been playing a slow passing game at the back and lots of misplaced passes once it gets to midfield areas.

I was a slow starter at school. Trouble is I never sped up!

Those statistics are awful. We started like a train under Duff from memory. Surely this can’t be that difficult to address!

Would be interesting if @paul.d could post Duffs stats for comparison.

Vege Samosas, particularly if they make them from scratch

The awful stat really was not winning from behind in 3 million years, including under Duff last season - I get your point though. I think it's similar in the reason why, perhaps. Mindset..! I'm a thousand times more confident if we go behind, especially really early, we can still win the game. What's more concerning is the 76+ for me. We seem to have a lapse in concentration when we kick off and towards the end, and hopefully as you mention mate, it is being actively addressed, shame we can't have instant results but perhaps we're waiting for the playoffs;)

    Fingers crossed
We did start very strong versus Cheltenham, just unlucky not to score

We started well last Saturday and could have been 3 up in 15 mins. Then things got slowly worse.
