Stale secondary smoke is a by product of smoking tobacco.
Urine is a by-product of drinking liquids.
If people who drank were legally allowed to piss all over your clothes and your hair - I'm sure there would have to be a very welcome change in the law.
It's exactly the same - bring it on.

Strange thing is, both my parents smoked like chimneys, my sister does, my nan did and most of my mates smoke yet ive not got secondary cancer, just smell smokey after a night out.
which is very unplesent anyway, so id ban it just for that. goes upwards outdoors and there by polluting the enviroment. People who smoke tend to hold the cig away from themselves and straight into some one else so they avoid the smoke and inflict the horrible smell onto others. and you may yet get cancer so dont think your over that one yet
if anyone wants to smoke fair enough, but i dont so why should i have to put up with the stink of smoke on my clothes? the freedom of choice should be on the side of people who dont want to smell of smoke
The right to smoke carries with it the responsibility of not inflicting your death sentence on others.
no because by not smoking we dont interupt with a smokers life, but by smoking they inflict on us something we dont want.
