    Just mentioned to our lass that BBC has one and a half hours of snap programmes. She, who is Irish says "why do they call it snap?". I have no idea, does anybody else? BTW Man U just scored.

    Like the snappen answer, sounds convincing. A lot of dialect goes way back.
