well weve just signed 3 proven players and an exciting young left winger who im sure is only for cover at the minute and im sure knight and wallwork arnt on peanuts so was ritchie just too loyal to his squad and using money and lack of experience as an excuse?

knight and wallwork. Mccann is a proven player at league 2 and made a few appearences for west ham whos consistantly a good performer, so cant see it being much of a gamble

knight is a proven goal scorer if he gets a chance most of the time he'll finish it.

Knight is proven in the Championship?

    He scores 1 in 10.
    Richards gets 1 in 5.

Richards is twice as good as Knight.

Eat your heart out Paul D.

I'm not one of Knights biggest fans but we usually do create lots chances in games that we don't convert into goals.I'm sure he won't miss as many chances as our previous strike force.

It's also nice to see pacey players joining the Club.

i just think its ironic that ritchie gets sack for not signing players, and no sooner has he left then 4 new plyers come in!!

    Wasnt expecting anyone in particular

I hope I'm proved wrong but I dont see any as an improvement in quality, just numbers.

as for better players coming in Jan depends if these boys do well for a month or so.

If they do then that will be it I'd guess

Utter tosh. If Knight gets the chances he'll stick em away. Richards can follow Tommy Wright for me.

No idea. Definitely not at work, though. Honest.

He might be pacey, but he has the turning circle of an aircraft carrier and slightly worse ball control.
