I didn't exactly want Flicker out before (then again I was a bit sad to see Hill go too...), but I wouldn't have been that happy either if we appointed him as our manager, as I thought that he would just play the same team with the same tactics as Hill did.

However, we played really well today (and in the other two matches before this too) and gave Leeds no chance at all, so I'm starting to think that Flicker could be a good appointment after all...

If Flicker gets the job then I would be behind him 100%
I still say though that he was 50% of the problem which see's us in our current predicament.
Why Are the players playing for him now and yet weren't for the last 12 months?
Did they all only ever respect Flicker and hated Hill?
    Hillcroft was the management team!
    Yet to be convinced, Sorry!

I am not bothered mate, I have an opinion and I am sticking with it, does not mean I want Barnsley to lose, just I(myself) would like to see Flitcroft away from the club. I have no problems with others seeing things differently, if he gets the job, I will still want Barnsley to win every match, I wont be there though.

Who else can we bring in to motivate the players like Flicker is doing? Danger is bringing in someone who will not get the best out of what we have. Players want him and thats good enough for me

But why? Perhaps if you shared, more people would feel the same way. Or just carry on being passive-aggressive about it. Whatever.

Well I don't want Flitcroft, but I am prepared to bite the bullet.

He does appear to be his own man and not a Hill clone.

Today's commentary showed that we had stopped the tippy tappy, 80% possession in your own half stuff we played under Hill, and were getting the ball forward earlier and giving Super Leeds some problems to solve. Instead of letting them sit back waiting for our game to break down.

Did Leeds manage one shot on target? I can't remember one.

Knowing our Club we will take the cheap option and give the job to Flitcroft to the end of the season at least. If he can keep us up then he should be given the job.

I am like you Mark. I did want Flitcroft out of the Club. But he has made the changes which needed making and it has resulted in a superb win against a good Leeds side.

I think we have to give him this season.

I can't see how anybody coming in will get them playing better than that. Give home the job until the rest of the season and if he keeps us up he deserves it permanently. Don't underestimate the influence of Mellon, the team is playing a different system to anything under Jill so this he's half the problem doesn't quite wash, hill was in charge.

Make the effort and find things out for yourself, instead of wanting to be fed everything. Than you can have your own opinions instead of someone elses.

I've changed my mind and now want Flitcroft. We were excellent today right from the word go. He'd got the players fired up, there was so much passion on display.
