    According to a few reports I read.

    Simon Francis would be a very good shout but I think he's at Tranmere.

    is on loan at Tranmere according to soccerbase.

    His name is amusingly spelt Simion Francis. Perhaps he is also in the Arctic Monkeys, or am I in the wrong thread again?
