    It seems. I bet Bale will still be at Spurs come the close of the transfer window. Every summer there's 3 big name players touted about, creating boring stories which are emblazoned on every back page and every sports website, and inevitably, the players in question usually stay put. At least its almost all out of the way until January again.

    I haven't heard about Rooney deciding to stay. Spurs have spent so much money I think they might be keener on Bale leaving than they're letting on now.
