    I think its more a case of there is no reason to dislike them

    Unlike the other 3 sides that made it to the playoffs from their league

    Personally I dont have any opinion. They are a side I neither like or dislike - the fact that they took some of our cast offs is irrelevant (Though I'd like Hayes back!)

    Leeds Millwall and MK dons are all sides I dislike for differeing reasons

    the irony of somebody sayiny irony in a thread about the irons :D totally agree though, franchise fc or a 'proper ' team no contest really, same in the final a decent team or one whose ground nobody likes going to and whose fans many do'nt even like a visit from.

    I like them because....

    ...they cause all sorts of bother for the swear filter. BBC's vidiprinter had a glitch one Saturday that knocked the first letter off each of the matches; arnsley, iverpool, helsea, that kind of thing. Thankfully, Scunny weren't at home.

    And anyway Scunny were the lowest placed team involved so surely the one we're most likely to get points off. Even more reason to want them to come up in my book.

    Do you really believe that?

    It's not as if all 4 clubs involved in the play-offs would have the same spending power and ability to attract players in the Championship, is it?

    Personally I think we have a better chance against a team that got less points and will almost certainly have less spending power than the likes of the scum. But that's just my opinion, obviously.

    Things I like about Scnuthorpe United

    1. They are a smaller club than us*

    2. They have less money than us

    3. It's nice and easy to get to compared to MK Dons and Millwall

    *Someone like Zetland or Johnny Coachman will probably disagree with that - who are we to think we can compete with Scnuthorpe United??
