I think we would all agree that SD has made some very shrewd signings and built a vastly improved squad to what we had last season. It is going to be very interesting to see what happens in the January window. Enevitably it looks like Heckingbottom, Colgan, Johnson and Reid will all soon be on there way out of Oakwell. I would also question the futures of Christensen and Ricketts as there first team opportunities have been limited thus far, are they still in SD's plans I wonder? I must say I am a little concerned about the next few games unless we act fast. Having already lost Joynes/Harban to Halifax, Werling/Nyatanga/Macken and De Silva returned to clubs following loans, Atkinson/heslop both out on loan, and with Muller/Colgan/Mattis injured the squad is starting to look a little thin. In terms of players and positions needed, in my opinion our priority is a goalkeeper! I'm still hopefull Muller will be ours come the end of January, but regardless we need some experinced backup/competition for him. Young Letheren did ok on Saturday but I can't say that I would be comfident in him being the No.2 just yet. De Silva has been a big loss for us and I feel that our next priority would be to try and sign him full time, closely followed by a striker in the mould of Jon Macken. Macken was the missing link up front in my opinion, and who's experience could help to improve the likes of young Coulson. Finally the defence, I still feel we are a little vunerable at left back. Kozluk/Hassell/Van Homeot are all naturally right footed but can do a job on the left and Werling wasn't the answer (great at set peices, got fwd well, but couldn't defend) but I always felt he would have been a revolation if he played left wing. Finally team for Sat: Loan Keeper - e.g. Thomas Sorensen Hassell, Foster, Souza, Kozluk JCR, Leon, Howard, Devaney Mostto, Coulson
