Our best player will be in the sqaud tonight .

He will be in the nets

If you are on about the one an only Mr Howard (I think you are having a giraffe).

If he ever wears a red shirt again, it will certainly not be for Barnsley FC.

When you say best player..... do you mean Muller or Anderson! hoping both will play

Howard is/was good but wasn't even our best midfielder.......

If you take away his penalties his goal tally would be less than Macken's and probably equal to that of Ferenczi and Devaney. Not wanting to be to critical but if I had to most valuable players last season in order then would be as follows:

    Top 5 Reds last season:
    1. Muller - Immense
    2. Anderson - Class above
    3. Foster - Influential since his arrival and our most consistent performer
    4. Macken - scored the goals that kept us up! and lead heard by example by working hard for the team
    5. Souza - Solid and influential at the back
    6. Howard - Scored goals from midfield, worked hard off the ball.
    7. Steele - FA cup performaces alone should be commended.
    8. JCR - Quick exciting and full of flair, also got his share of goals.
    9. Devaney - played out position most of the season, worked hard and scored his fair share of goals
    10. Ferenczi - struggled to get the goals last season but his work rate off the ball and for the team was immense.

for me Bri only makes it to 6th spot.....
