If a good player comes through our academy then he should always stay loyal to us and never want to better himself, if we do sign any rough diamond type player it should always be on a 3 year contract otherwise the management team don't know what they are doing but if we sigh a player on a 3 year contract and turns out to be a dud and we are stuck with him and can't move him on then the management team don't know what they are doing,

now that we do have a very very good player coming through i think that we should ensure that digby is given a very very long deal

Digby's not the pick of the crop according to a an academy coach I spoke to.

was talking to this coach a couple of weeks ago, I dont know him, but we have mutual friends. He reckons Jordan Clarke is the best midfielder, he just wishes KH would give him the opportunity. Also said the club had ruined RNL with his exposure as a 15 year old. Stones could also be a big name, Rose has the potential but not quite ready?

When I asked him why had the club given these youngsters 1 year deals and not longer when they rated them so highly, he just shrugged his shoulders.
