hayes though did make the goal we did score. Problem the strikers are there to score the goals. If only ritchie had brought a good striker to the club. Still not sure what he signed wright for.
yes there was nothing we could do to change it today. Those are the 3 strikers Ritchie has brought himself and the best one is the lad who was already here
Hayes made a goal, fair do's, and that was it, the job he's paid to do, he can't do, as for the " he's only young, he'll come good" *****, if he can't do it at 21 he'll never do it, he's a lazy lovely person, hiding behind Ritchie's feeble support.
"when you think about it wright is actually far worse than hayes or richards" How so? Hasn't had a chance to prove himself yet. He is a good prospect. Young, yet strong, committed and determined. His basic technique is good and his off-the-ball running pulls defences around creating space. Yes, I would have liked to have seen more goals (he managed 6 in 10 games for Blackpool so he knows where the net is) but I think he shows promise in the longer term. Are you trying to tell me Richards and Hayes looked better today? I would agree that an experienced striker as a short-term fix may have made a big difference at this stage in the season. But that doesn't make Wright a bad signing.
Yes Hayes and Richards are better than Wright and it doesn't take much.
I want to know whre this Wright has shown promise argument comes from?

Away at Chesterfield as well Guilty there of missing some sitters but lest you all forget, all 4 chances he fluffed there were entirely of his own making. The day I see Hayes or Richards win a header (cold day in Hell) I'll believe there's no place for Wright at this club. I am not by any stretch suggesting he is the saviour of our season, just that he is a bright young prospect and sealing his signature when he became available was a good move.
RE: Away at Chesterfield as well Great examples....
Chesterfield - Missed 4 sitters
Brentford scored a goal that was a horror mistake by the Brentford full back. Open Net.
Also add Tranmere or Gillingham (forgot which one) 1 on 1 with keeper. Fluffed.
Wright is absolutley ****.
As I have said before I am am better then Tommy Wright and I am ****.

In that case Easy chance or otherwise, he's scored more recently than either the two clowns you're touting. As I've said - I don't think Wright will make a difference this season but I think on a 3-year deal, signing him up was good business.
Let me get this straight..... I am not saying we have a good striker at the club and I for one was 1000% behind the signing of Windass, who would have scored 6 in the last two games!!
Ritchie knew we needed somebody of that ilk and failed miserably to come up trumps
