So how much have we actually got for flinders?

Balls to this undisclosed fee crap, I want to know exactly how much we've just sold our best prospect for the future for.

 

On Palace's site it says a fee which could rise to 1m based on apps, which i think is a dam good deal

 

Call me pessimistic as usual but that could mean anything

That could mean that we get 5 quid now and another £999,995 if he makes 17,000 appearances</p>

chill son!! we've at least signed a player, with another strongly linked and with money to spend one would think there will be more signings to come. You know i was dreading the season starting due to us having a severely depleated squad/team but todays events give me hope that we are now going to make some more signings. we can only wait and see what happens, dont get on their backs before a ball has been kicked and at the end of the day were in the championship where we never thought we would be so lets enjoy the ride and give it all we've got. and cheers up now you miserable, pessamistic so and so.

I never said i wanted to keep carbon and conlon i just said we are lighter than last year-personally i would have kept conlon to come on late in games to knock defenders around-im saying the club is showing no ambition we have got promoted we should be trying to consolidate not weakening the team- the club seem to think the fans will just be happy to be in this league-the optimism from promotion soon wains as does peoples interests rowds and money will drop as noone will want to see a failing side.

no i dont thonk he is better than hayes im saying he would be a better option off the bench than say wright- the club woul d have to announce at least 3 more top signings in order to survive in this league.

So has your opinion of Hayes changed since last season?

I agreed Wright has done nothing yet but for some reason I just cant help thinking he is going to come good.
