    We can dream. But Mattis starting is more like a nightmare.

    Jones showed flashes of quality at Ipswich but I reckon McAnn is more likely to be up for the fight and has more experience. The loss of Howard and Disco would be a blow but I dont want Davey to risk them given there is still another 3 big games left.........but maybe in a funny sort of way it may give their replacements an extra edge knowing that they have to take more responsibilty. Dont forget, Southend will battle but Brum, Soton, WBA etc they aint - and there is a reason why they have spent most of the Season in the bottom 3 ie lack of quality, Eastwood excepted...................perhaps this is the best game out of the 4 for them to miss IF they are to miss any of them...............................yours positively.
