So if Ched Evans appeal is successful would you have him at Oakwell?

if he is acquitted he will most likely be getting a huge slice of compensation, his loss of wages will be taken into account along with defamation of character etc. But will the ' no smoke without fire' stick with him for ever?. Also will any professional club take him on, he will need a good deal of fitness/match training, but will he get back to a professional football career. If he intends to try then he might be better off going abroad.

Another striker on the bench, fill our bench up with strikers but only one is ever gong to play. Sorry and a big no to Evans

No, regardless of the outcome of the appeal I wouldn't want Evans at Oakwell.

Really, from what I've seen and heard this season, it's the service that's falling short. First 3 shots against Gillingham produced 2 goals. Winnall has 5 now.

If he joins, my season ticket goes back.

Whether he's acquitted; whether he's not acquitted.

I wouldn't want him because regardless of whether he manages to get himself acquitted or not his actions since that day have been deplorable. By that I mean his constant attempts to defame the girl in charge and to further ruin her life and his refusal to accept he had done anything wrong at all when at the very very least he has cheated on his girlfriend and acted like a total creep by inviting his brother round to watch him having sex

They're the only club in the world where he's actually suited to being.

He'll go there, get fit, score the goals to take them up, and the blinkered pigs will worship him.

Despite DW's Sheff U higher division dreams being blown apart by virtue of Ched's incarceration....

...which gives his talent a certain virtue.....

.......and despite his conviction looking to me shakier than a green door....

........he ought to ply his trade, without significant murmur.....abroad.....

.....in one of those holiday destinations where the kind of thing he engaged in goes on every night.

We already have four strikers in Smith, Wilkinson, Maris and Jackson who hardly see any game time. If the conviction is quashed it will be at least four years without any professional football and then time on top to get match sharp which will take months from signing for a club. Then his Blunts background and those who will still believe he's done it and only got off because he's appealed time and time again until finally getting the decision he was after.

There is no way we'd want him.

    Mine too mate.
Whether he gets off on a technicality or not, he knows he had sex with an unwilling participant, and has shown absolutely no remorse. That girl was someone's daughter.
