On what is a normal work day, and according rumours the £55, £45 and possibly £35 have sold out. How mad is it going to be tomorrow when most people will have the day off? And then realise they can only buy the cheap seats up in the heavens?
No such thing as a bad view at Wembley. I've been down today and got my ticket. Didn't look too bad, it was just bad organisation on behalf of the club and the voluntary stewards. Hopefully will be sorted out when they realise the errors.
I was in the the 45quid queue from 9 till 1.30ish. Weren't moving at all, so thought **** it and got 25 quid ones. 19 seats all together. I'd have probably still been in the 45quid queue till it shut! But.. when I went over to get the 25quid tickets.. they only had one woman one and other two had gone, so why did they not use the other two for the other three price categories after rather than 'em just ******* off.
Well they haven't realised their errors from play offs/liverpool/chelsea so I won't hold my breath, and will expect to queue for hours.
Only 6,800 ST holders can queue so....... will the majority of them have been today? would have thought it would be a bit quieter tomorrow.
That's the problem mate, they aren't learning from or realising the errors. The steward gave me a gobful and the chairman walked off when I pointed out a problem!
It will at the end of the day only 6,800 can queue over the 3 days.... so it will get quieter over the next few days, anyone cant just go down and queue.
RE: I was in the the 45quid queue from 9 till 1.30ish. I was there from 5.30 till 1.45 for my £45 tikcet madness to be honest!!!
RE: I was in the the 45quid queue from 9 till 1.30ish. Thought you could only get maximum of 16 tickets or was someone with you
RE: It will at the end of the day only 6,800 can queue over the 3 days.... Aye, but we are wanting quite a few together, don't want to be scattered about all over.
My mate was with me. 5 season tickets. Bet the woman wouldn't have said 'owt if I'd have got 19 though, she only asked for season ticket books.
RE: My mate was with me. Do you have to show the voucher or is it a quick look at the season ticket book and here's your tickets?
RE: I think she took vouchers out of book. nt It's to be hoped they took the vouchers. The only thing that's stopping me from ripping my hair out with the stories of 8 hour queues, useless organisation and sold out £55/£45 tickets is the fact that, no matter what happens, there are enough tickets for season ticket holders. And if they aren't taking the vouchers then something would kick off big style if they sold out before I got mine.
