People upset about Ritchie's lack of signings because the squad remained of a League One standard are now happy that we've signed a couple of players on loan from League One, an unknown from West Ham and someone who's never played a full season? That a fair summary?
I thought that as well , does make me laugh , if we had signed them at the start of the season, There would have been a riot.

You can see Gaz's point That's been the criticism on here over the last few weeks - we've got mainly lower league players and we go out and buy some more.
I've got to admit though it should give us a lift for Saturday - god knows what the team will be though

I, for one, am excited ... Knight - scores for UB40 in this league (one in ten). McCann - was in the 4th tier of English football a few months ago. Reid - only played one first team match. Wallwork - not good enough for West Brom. I'm happy it's all midfielders & strikers though ... as our defence is obviously solid. I bet it's been great fun in the boardroom today. Every Chairman really wants to be a Manager ... and today Gord got his wish. I bet his little red face is a picture & he'll be in bed for 9pm - all tuckered out.
RE: I, for one, am excited ... Just cos Darren didn't tell thi they were coming.
witcorporateinsiderknowledgeart

We've got mainly lower league players West Ham? West Brom? ours were certainly gonna be lower league players next season the way things were shaping up.
lol I'm seem to be agreeing with you a lot of late. Suppose time will tell. Its a gamble, fingers crossed it pays off. They aren't "box office" signings. Seems to me that the money available is, as i thought, only enough to bring these lower league types in. Anyway, good look setdi Barnsley. I'll be there as always
Aye. That's it. They were all a total shock to me. And Darren probably doesn't know we've signed anyone himself ... especially as his mucker Rib still thinks Ritchie is in charge. I think Wallwork is better than what we have. I also think Reid might be a gem. I hate Leon Knight. I have no idea about McCann. The fact is - we have a bigger squad. That should be a good thing & is exactly what we've needed since August. I just hope the alleged team spirit doesn't go out of the window. Still gutted your mate Reid will be at centre half still.
RE: Reids played in 3 Premiership matches Has he? According to West Ham site and Soccerbase he's just played in one Coca cola cup game.
RE: Aye. That's it. Reid (P) needs a rest/replacing. Think that'll be Walwork if no CH is forthcoming.
Depends if Ritchie keeps with his 4-2-4 formation though.

He's started once ... ... unless my OptaCoachmanIndex 2006 is broken. I apologise if I'm wrong. I think he may be the gem out of the 4. Can't wait to see Leon at centre half.
Na then gaz me old frrrrruity, shows our ambition when we,re getting loan players who can even get into a team in our own division, but like a twit i,ll still be there next season.......... grim reaper permitting
