i think speculation atm but if is to be done surely they will start it in close season while we are all off cheering on some foreign country to win a european cup?

Speculation I think DT. There was a report in one of the newspapers recently saying we would be spending our cup earnings on a new stand but I don't know where that originated. Speaking to Gordon Shepherd at Coventry away this season he mentioned that Oakwell Community Assets Ltd had got an architect to come up with plans for a blueprint for oakwell that would include a new stand and areas that could be rented out to increase the capital value of the project and make it a worthwhile investment for the holding company. He didn't mention there were any immediate plans to start on the project though.
