I was thinking of popping along on Saturday, hopefully just walk straight up and get my pick of the seats. Did something similar for the semi-final ticket, 30 mins before kickoff I strolled into the box office and had the ticket in my hand within a minute. You've got to love the Barnsley public, they remind me of Corporal Jones in Dads Army. Mind you, I did queue for half a day to get tickets to Wembley last time. Anyone else not got a ticket? Anyone else bought/going to buy their full allocation but don't yet have takers for all their tickets?
No I haven't yet either Which is a tad annoying as when they go on general sale, I'm at work. And what happened to the days of so many ticket stubs being required before they went on general sale - not that i'm ranting.
RE: Me neither .... not rushing can't see us selling them all nt Reckon all the £52 ones will be gone today.....they sold one side yesterday and started this morning on block M7 having already sold from the corner. Bizarrely though - the guy selling them said "they're better seats than I got yesterday - I ended up in the corner"....err if you are the one selling them why not just wait til the block you wanted was available and then buy them?! (dunno)
i havent - ive got to get 5 on general sale on monday start work at sheffield at 11 , dont fancy my chances of a. been able to get 5 or b. getting back to work in time
He's from the 'panic buy' school of thinking He's still got 200 bottles of apple sauce in his cupboard from the last petrol blockade
RE: i havent - ive got to get 5 on general sale on monday Im off through tonight straight after work.
In view of the lack of queues It would make much more sense for the General Sale tickets to go on sale on Sunday, so people don't need to take time off work.
aye i would have thought so but can't complain. i have 0 days holiday left at work due to honeymoon and a trip to germany for the world cup aswell which is a bit of a sh1tter
