Non-season ticket holders can walk up to and through the East Stand turnstiles and buy a 'spare' seat ticket for cash. The season ticket holders have to be processed through the box office computers, and that's why it's taking so long.
My lad went down at lunch time and got one at the East Stand turnstiles in no time. I ticked the box on my season ticket application and so I got mine through the post today. Have given up hope of ticket for away leg as I am not able (or willing) to stand in a queue for hours. Intend to upgrade my Sky subsciption and watch the away leg on the box instead.
