So is the Wembley pitch bigger than any other pitch ..

    ...... or is it a myth? Always seem to hear that it is but is it? and if so, why is it??? (chinny)

    They may mean that it is bigger than most/some but it certainly isn't the biggest pitch in the world, in fact it is smaller at the new wembley than at the last.</p>

    To give you an idea as to its size, it is 15 meters short of the maximum length and 22 metres short of the maximum width allowed.</p>

    And to put it another way, it is exactly the same width as the pitch at oakwell (75 yards) and is just 5 yards longer.</p>

    Thought as much .............. so all this "play 2 wingers ...

    I'd play two wingers to give width to our attack and, hopefully, stretch Cardiff's defence.
