If I read clearly, Rick Holden is the manager and Ritchie is the youth coach?
And we cant sign a striker because we dont have a first team coach?
What about the rest of clubs in our league, cant they sign a striker because they dont have a first team coach?

From my point of view... Ricthie is clearly the manager. Holden is First Team Coach/Physio The theory os that we might be struggling to get higher league teams to allow us to sign their young stars on loan as there may be a perception that either coming to us would do their players more harm than good as either Ritchie/Holden are not very well regarded coaches or are too poorly backed up.
Rubbish! Whats the need in sending players out on loan then mate? "coming to us would do their players more harm than good as either Ritchie/Holden are not very well regarded coaches or are too poorly backed up." So why send them out to a different clubs if thats the case, why not coach them at a Championship/Premiership level and tell lower league clubs to **** off. The idea for loan deals is first team football. End of. Bloodyhell, " Sorry Andy Ritchie you cant have my young star striker as your coaching staff isnt good enough and i dont care if he will get first team football at league one level that he is clearly in need of because your assistant is a physio. " B*ll*cks. LOANS = For first team football, not coaching. Otherwise the whole term would be a joke.
I said it was a THEORY not FACT. There is a difference. There are reasons why clubs won't allow their players to come to some clubs and not to others, and I am sure that the management at the loan club have some affect on this
RE: I said it was a THEORY Yes, and i was adding my point on your theory. I just think its b*ll*cks. There will be many reasons why clubs won't allow their players to come to some clubs. I agee, but for me its NOT down to the coaching staff of some clubs. :S
So... has West Ham sent this young striker of theirs to Swindon to get a better standard of coaching?
