I'm pretty sure the laws of the game say you can kick off after a goal as long as no opposition players are in your half.
I would consider it to be unsporting conduct and bringing the game into disrepute. After all, the scoring team has to run back a lot further and get into position to defend the restart. if the players all simply crossed the line in a group near the by line which often happens when celebrating goals. It could leave a clear run for the attacking side. Might be legal but fair??
