It's the same pathetic drivel that comes out week after week after week, in fact year after year.
If we're going to employ 3rd and 4th division players then that's the standard of performance we're going to get.
I look around and I see Shipperley, Windass, Claridge, Marcus Stewart, (not defenders I admit) who can still cut it at senior level even after donkeys years, and who through their experience can still bring a measure of success to their clubs.
What have we got, ffs?
Once again I'm ashamed to be on here bleating about the bleedin obvious.
Ritchie's interview is more or less what I expected it to be, but I keep asking WHY it's like this, week after week.
I say again what I said last night, we are a poor third division side with poor third division players, going nowhere, no skill, no talent, no pride, no ambition, just a bunch of also-rans.
FFS GET IT SORTED OUT DOWN AT OAKWELL. The only slight consolation is that Wednesday are bottom of their league but I don't rest on that one for long.

we just havent got it. experienced players cost money, i would have thought windass would be on the best part of 200k a year and i know that shipps is on a lot more than that. we have just got to stick to the plan of bringing youth through im afraid. all we can do is wait for a young team to come good.

i think most people know that at heart and for me thats why it hurt so much getting beat last night. its the stone cold reality that we are in for a long long wait.
