    Wilson had nearly 14 months. Flitcroft had 12 months. Hill had 18 months.

    I'm not saying that's any amount of time to be in a job. But don't give it this "6 months" bull. There has been no noticeable, consistent signs of improvement in Wilson's 14 months here. We are 17th in League 1 with one of the highest budgets. I am sad to see him go but having seen the standard of football and tactics during his tenure, I am not going to be up in arms about it.

    Correct. If a manager wants to last a good length of time he needs to produce results. We can't hang on to a poor manager just because he's not been here X amount of time.
