Comment on the radio this morning - "It will make it easier to spot those under age"! No it won't, it may make it easier to spot those who are under 16 as they may have looked 16 but not 18, but you've just shifted the problem to spotting those who are 17! And they haven't actually changed the legal age for smoking have they? Which makes it an anomaly to be able to legally smoke but not to be able to buy the product!
