And that ticketmaster released them in the order they were told to by Wembley stadium. Begs the question of who did I speak to this morning at the club who quite clearly must have been completely lying to me when she said ticketmaster had a system error, that the blocks should have been on sale and that ticketmaster were working on the fault. That simply can't have been the truth if what they say now is. Lies damn lies and football tickets
Or the response the club gave you was in fact the truth, based on what Ticketmaster told them at that time. Only for Ticketmaster to retract/change their response later in the day? Not quite so 'clearly lying' as you've pointed out .....
So they didn't bother to do any checks into how their tickets were going to be sold? If I was the one signing the contract with ticketmaster I would be first asking the important questions, I wouldn't wait till after the event and then act like a rabbit in the headlights with no idea how he got into the road. It's just blatant unprofessionalism. I'm still not sure about ticketmaster ever telling the club that anyway because as soon as the club toold me that I called ticketmaster and spoke to a manager at head office who told me he that was not the case.
