    Gulf stream is definitely cooling down, due to melting ice at the north pole getting into the Atlantic.</p>

    Some areas said to have cooled by 30% in the last 8 years.</p>

    what does cooled by 30% mean

    is that roughly a drop from 4 degrees C to 3 over 8 years.

    dunt sound so dramatic as 30%
