been in charge for 6 games and have lost just the one. Do we still need more time for them to prove themselves , or do we give them the job. I reckon they have earned it till at least the end of the season, bringing a new bloke/s in now would tip the apple cart IMHO. The players are playing extremely well, their morale and confidence is sky high. If it Ain't broke dunt fix it, that's my view
I said when Johnson left we should give Hecky and Wright till at least end of season, maybe longer if things continued the way were playing.
Hecky has been given the job until the end of the season. Don't know about Tommy - part of me still thinks LJ will come-a-calling for him.
Thankyou MF for that its just that there is nowt on the official site, I checked in the club statements section. Like I say keep them at least to the end of the season and see where we are.
If we're giving them the job, they need it full time. Not until the end of the season. I'd say that is both counter productive and even a little disrespectful considering the job they're doing. 18 months at least. Sent from my I-Oven using the internets
Until the first 3 consecutive defeats. At which point people will be saying he's not good enough Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Just leave them as they are. We've seen this season how things can change quickly. It's quite obvious they've got the job until the end of the season and I'm sure the club will make a statement then.
aye you are on the nail there on our remarkable storm up the league, win after win... it was all about the play-offs and maybe even auto ....then we lost at Gillingham and it was all doom and failure and lets get a new manager in sooner than later. This what football is all about , this is what BFC is all about a roller coaster... it hurts deeply at times and then its total Nectar at times... I feel so sorry for the cheque book teams who nowadays do not get that wonderful bitter sweet ride.
