<div class="ds-firstpara" id="ds-firstpara">From the Star online, not 100% all their work.</div><div class="ds-firstpara">BARNSLEY are still awaiting the arrival of striker Miguel Mostto but manager Simon Davey is confident that the Peruvian will be available for the club's first friendly of the summer on Saturday.</div><div class="va-bodytext" id="va-bodytext">&quot;He has to have his visa stamped at the home office in Peru. He'll be with us this week and will play a part in the game at Morecambe,&quot; Davey said.

Barnsley had hoped the 29-year-old from top-flight Peruvian club Cienciano would be at Oakwell this morning for training.

Instead Mostto is expected to board a flight from Peru early this week.

Davey stressed all the paperwork was in place and that rubber-stamping was all that was required..

Meanwhile, Barnsley's bid to bring back Lewin Nyatanga has been put on hold.

&quot; He is in contract talks with Derby at the moment,&quot; Davey explained.

The teenage centre-back is negotiating an extension to his deal at the newly-promoted Premiership club, but he could still return to Oakwell on loan.

Barnsley are also waiting to see if Blackpool offer more cash for Robbie Williams.

Williams is training at Oakwell and is on a week-to-week contract there.

Blackpool's first bid for him was rejected by Barnsley.

In the meantime Blackpool have signed Sheffield Wednesday left-back John Hills.

Sheffield United will scrutinise Carlos Tevez's proposed move to Manchester United for any evidence of wrongdoing as they look to increase the pressure on the FA Premier League to award them substantial compensation last season's relegation to the Championship. But they can take a running jump, the shower of mawngy *****.

    Lets Hope we have a plan C & D

Nyatanga may well be looking for a permanent transfer elsewhere?

Seriously think we need 2 additions at CH though one good un will probably suffice for mid table if we can perm a good full back combo from stock.
