.... is there anyone here who will stop supporting the reds ?

It's tough times but we've seen them before, we'll be back and we'll all smile again.

Come on folks, we had the prem, we had wembley (a loss but at least we saw em play there), we had cardiff.

Mi grandad had nowt wathcing the reds and he never complained.

    You reds !!!

Won't stop me, I've seen em in every Division.

Didn't support em any less at the bottom of Div 4 or when we were losing cupties to non-leaguers.

We also had 4 years of dross in the alehouse league..

No thanks. relegation will be the straw that broke the camel's back for me. Couldn't stand another few years in that league. I want to be positive in this league. not get relegated & have aspirations of promotion from the alehouse league/poo

    4 years? 4 years???

I had 20 years of Div 3 and Div 4 football between 1961 and 1981.

If anybody had told me in the mid 60s that one day we'd be in the Prem, that one day we'd play at Wembley, that one day we'd go up to Div 1 and stay there for 20 years - I'd have laughed in their face and told them to go take the piss out of some other mug.

That's the trouble with most of you lot - you've been spoiled by that 20 years of Div 1 football. This club has a long history of spells in the lower divisions and you'd better get used to the idea.

    4 years? Hahahahahaha!!

RE: Ah , Rhyl and Marine

Don't talk to me about Rhyl - I went to all 3 games!

Losing 2-0 in front of 2500 people at Old Trafford on a freezing November night - and people are whinging cos we might have to play Div 3 football next year!!!

    They don't know they're born.

    Wibble.

Everyone is spoilt these days, it's all abromovic's fault !!!!!!

Where I live even the locals complainabout their team, they should go to Oakwell !! Wish I could

I wouldn't go to Old Trafford or anwhere, else you're not listening

We need to address the problem now. AR is paying the price for not recognising that his squad simply isn't good enough in depth.I am not defending our chairman wholly, but I can understand his reluctance to offer AR a new contract, considering the disastrous run we're in. Perhaps AR listens too much to people like you who stick their head in the sands for fear of being called a part time supporter if you dare to criticise or state how strongly you feel. I will not go to OLd Trafford or anywhere else, if we get relegated, I just won't go down to Oakwell, it would be too heartbreaking. I too have seen the reds play in all 4 divisions & have never felt so low as when we played on the Alehouse league.

    Will always support them.

But have every right after going today to vent my unhappiness; I've seen the Reds play in crap divisions and crap games, it's not a competition on being the best fan, but I will moan when I've been if they deserve moaning over. Going to Oakwell is the easy part, it's the away games that test you.

My head ain't in the sand

What I am saying is regardless of manager or chairman we will always be there. As for part timers count me in, I was at Cardiff and will be there 30 Dec, but other than that no games this season. The previous 18 seasons we'll forget !

If Richie takes us down he won't be the first or last, but at least he took us up and staye around for the battle. Most others would have resigned and turned up at Wednesday !

How about we get behind the team (Coach, Manager, Chairman et al) and stop complaing about what we have ?

J you have every right to criticise the same as everyone else don't excuse that

Some posters on here will criticise for nothing, some will wait while things get bad (like now) some will bury their heads in the sand, some will defend everything & everyone no matter what. No one is right & no-one is wrong is all about opinions. The one thing that does get me though is, the people who criticise the one who are being critical towards the team, are usually the worst (if that makes sense)

Of course you can moan, you have every right as do we all.

No-one is saying everything in the garden is lovely.

But the original poster was saying that if we go down he'll walk away, because the 3rd Division is beneath him.

I could never do that. And I know you couldn't either.
