so what qualities would you go looking for in a replacement manager

    First would be,same style of football we have experienced in the last three years,
    (quite A few times it has been a pleasure to watch.)

    A new Manager who has championship experience .
    Able to Instill clearly defined roles for the players.
    Now into the season ,someone who can lift the players after loosing Simon.
    Well recognized within the profession .
    Look at the way Burnley have found a Manager as an example.
    Get professional expert opinion when making a decisions.i.e ask Eric ,Eric Winstanley
    Even though Simon has gone he has set a standard.
