So what's the best set up???

Well after watching our search for a new manager play out unsuccessfully in the press, last night at the pub me and my mates decided we would try and come up with the best solution to the problem over a few pints.

So the fruits of our labour are:

Manager: Flicker - After listening to Steele yesterday seems to have the players onside (plus no one else wants it)

Assistant Managers - Hignett (he can help with the coaching the attackers)

- Moore (he can help with the defensive coaching)

Everyone appears to win, Fans happy, both of these can develop as coaches and if things dont work out with Flicker we have 2 managers in waiting (just like Wilson all those years ago)

Academy - Branson - Doing a great job and hope he continues to do so

Probably not to everyone's taste but it passed a couple of hours.
