Too many foreigners? Quotas? Can we get away with that legally? Will it produce better english players or just lower the quality of the league?</p>

Pampered players not living in the real world? Pampered from being at school, thrown bucketloads of money. Never having to work for anything? No motivation, can just go back to their 'day job' earning &pound;100k a week? How do you stop that?</p>

Media? Always on managers/players back? Always influencing decisions for quick fix. Love us to lose for better headlines?</p>

Too much emphasis on the one day game and 20/20 ,get rid of central contracts and play more 4 day County Cricket,limit overseas players to one per county
