Mr Cryne's the owner but has he got the contacts ?
Barry Taylor ?
Don Rowing ?
I think we're in the ****.

If the whole of the 4 years had to be paid I'd keep him on the same money and move him across to the acadamy and install a new manager.
RE: I think it runs even deeper than that I read on here yesterday that if it is decided that he is to go, there's a clause in his contract which states we only have to pay 12 months. Have no idea how true that is, or how much money that would equate to. Again on here someone was bandying 400k around but how they arrived at that figure I'm not exactly sure.....
RE: I think it runs even deeper than that I can't see it being that. Would assume that he's on around 150k a year but that is just a wild guess.
Would be a right bargain at 400k to get shut. We wadted more than that on Hume By my reckoning we paid 500k too much for him
hang on...... ....this is the guy who has scored half our league goals this season from around 5 games in total on the field. Not a bad return for someone played in and out of position in a crap side and receiving no sort of useful service. Not sure what more you want?
Ryan Kidd is next BFC manager All the best managers in the land work for the BFC Academy before they get their big break.
Oops, only just seen this. I'm not saying Hume is a bad player but I think we payed too much for him. A good solid 700k striker for any lower championship club but £1.2million has to be considered over the top doesnt it?
I thought that myself until he rifled the ball into the net against Derby - a goal out of absolutely nothing. Outside the Prem, players who can do that are pretty few and far between, and they are your match-winners. Of course, he may not do anything else like that again all season, in which was he will indeed have been a poor signing. Or he may manage to win us another 3 or 4 games which we deserve nothing from, which would probably be the difference between going down and staying up (if Davey stays in charge) - in which case he'll have been worth every penny.
And.. isn't the full figure based on numerous factors? I'm sure we haven't paid more than 500k or so upfront for him. The rest will be based on goals/appearances etc.
He's looked a decent signing to me so far

A good point, I think in my head I discounted that one shot because in the pasti've seen even the likes of Tom Williams hit an excellent shot out of no-where (i think the whistle went just before the ball hit the net) so anyone can do it once. The proof, like you said, will be on whether it was a one off lucky shot or if he can replicate it in future.
