We missed out. Looked at the satelite picture, and we were lucky. Huge storms north south and east of us.

Somebody at work (in Halifax) said they had cracking lightning storms as well - seems like it just missed us, shame cause I wanted to see how the new Sky system held up in a storm!

Our storm started about 3.30pm yesterday

and I've never heard thunder as loud in my life. Excellent fork lightening to view as well. It settled down about 6ish, but took our electricity out for 5 hours.

Spectacular Norfolk way, knocked the power out about 11pm, not much rain but a good light show!
