not 2. and we did have a (nearly a )million quid but we chose to spend it on

a 400k striker who doesnt play the same game as the rest of the team
a 300k striker who wont ever get picked because something's clearly wrong with him in training
a 200k striker who's way too raw and gets booed all the time

Every signing is a gamble to some extent.

If you spend all of your budget on one player, you'd better get it right (and pray he doesn't get injured).

 

So now it's Davey's fault that he can't sign those players?

He finds them but then we don't sign them - it is not as if he is loaning players that are worth millions, we could get both of these players for less than QPR paid for Rowan Vine.
