These were all things I heard folk say on my way out of Oakwell (seriously)
Just interested who saw it what way.

For us - the players probably got a kick up the arse after Saturday and also just before match where the feeling in the stands was one of resignation almost of relegation (well you spoke to me before kick off and know how we felt!) But they worked hard, closed down and didn't allow Birmingham to play in the way we had against Sunderland and Derby. I think having Dev and Reid out wide helped, Reid was superb always willing to run at them and tenacious as well in trying to win the ball. Nardiello actually moved and chased down for a change (don't know if he's been watching Ferenczi) - although we were just about ready to slate him for being a greedy b*st*rd when he chose to take on a difficult shot rather than a simple pass to Ferenczi!
Devaney Never say myself saying this earlier in the season, but Devaney being back was a telling point for me. He worked very hard (as did all the others) and when he is out on the wing we seem a much better side than when he's missing.
I would vote for none of these options (in fact I don't think any of them have any real credibility). I said it on a previous thread a few days ago - When BFC come up against a big team like Brum we need all 11 players to be on top of their game, a little luck here and there and a few of the opposition players to have off days. Even then the likelihood is we will lose but thank God for once we did it. I would have said before today odds of staying up 70-30 against. Now swung to 50-50. I'm sure the odds will swing either way frequently over the next few weeks. The Leeds result was icing on the cake today though Southend went and knocked it back off.
4 4 2 and going for the opposition from the start. A very Ritchiesque performance, but with added Nardiello.
because Davey finally saw sense stopped messing about sticking one up front, played Howard in the middle with Togwell and played our best two centre halves (although Reid will probably come straight back in from his injury). Also, it looks like being dropped had an effect on Nardiello and was surprised to see him chase down balls and even make a couple of smart passes, such things would have seemed unthinkable a few months back. The rest of the team were also on top of their game but playing a decent system, and it looks like they were told to go out and attack, gave them the chance to do it.
Because the players actually won their 1 v 1 duels today and we didn't get the School Boy errors we normally get at the back.
I agree I went for the "more leadership" option. The terms used in the poll were, as I say, terms I heard others use on the way out of the ground. However perhaps a better way to sum up my feelings would be to say that the players from one to eleven all took responsibility for their respective tasks. My God, what's with you today JC - posted lots of sense and no windups - have they changed your medication?
Yeh, I'm getting a bit worried now. You're the 4 person to agree with me today, that can't be right. I'm obviously losing my grip. I told Buck Satan I'd have to stop posting cos I've never had so many agree with me. It gets a bit boring on here with out the lively debate.
4-4-2, players playing in their right postions and they were up for it. Nothing to do with Ritchie or his tactics. He hasnt got a patent on those tactics.
Whats with all this Ritchie stuff. Some of you do have short memories. Under Ritchie there was many a crap performance. If it had been all peaches and cream he may well still have been manager. Personally I thought he was taking us down.
